Painted Face of a Frightened Man

Donald Trump on TV
Acting his role as president
A can of hairspray and two hours
Of pompadour used car salesman
On his head full of rage
At his own incompetence
His own fraudulence memorialized
Longing for the tanning booth
And bucket of chicken
Tells us not to worry
Because he’s on the job
Mental midget meltdown
Countdown to death but not his responsibility
Fake media just me, just me
I am the one who knows how to fix it
Only by making it worse and worse
Blaming the other the brown one
The one in the caravan the lib
Mad spittle spouting fake news
Is out to get me and you only I
Only I will fix it will watch out for
Your hate will pump up your hate
Will blame it on the vermin on the snakes
The rage boiling up barely contained
Orange rage rocking the podium
His base now shot on 5th ave
Lying in pools of brainwashed blood
Still say he’s the greatest
The Fox guards the henhouse against the truth
As he lays ruin to democracy
As he lays ruin to the planet
As he lays ruin to all that is holy
The wind blows his stiff hair
In a wedge of distortion
Hand gestures wave back all doubt
Only I can fix it
And Mexico will pay
